Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within the United States. Orders placed with international shipping addresses will not be processed.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days.

  • Orders ship from ZIP code 01810.

  • Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

Delivery Timeframe

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on the shipping carrier and your location. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen delays with the carrier.

Order Cancellations (Before Shipping)

We accept order cancellations only before your item has shipped. The buyer is responsible for making the request within this timeframe.

To request a cancellation, email contact@joybellhomedecor.com with your order number and “Cancel Order” in the subject line. If your order has already shipped, we’re unable to cancel it.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours at contact@joybellhomedecor.com if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item so we can evaluate and make it right. In some cases, we may provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
