Refund policy
Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Each tassel is handcrafted, made to order, and may feature slight variations that make it unique.
Items sent back to us without prior authorization will be refused and returned to the sender.
Order Cancellations (before shipping)
We accept order cancellations only before your item has shipped. The buyer is responsible for making the request within this timeframe.
To request a cancellation, email contact@joybellhomedecor.com with your order number and “Cancel Order” in the subject line. If your order has already shipped, we’re unable to cancel it.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours at contact@joybellhomedecor.com if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item so we can evaluate and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Because of the handcrafted nature of our tassels, all items are non-returnable. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

Approved cancellations (pre-shipment): refunded to your original payment method.

Approved damage/issue cases: if a refund is granted, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at contact@joybellhomedecor.com.
